I’ve bought something at the store. What’s next?

Congratulations! You have reserved your products.

The next step is to validate the transfer so we can begin packaging your products. Once the payment is successfully processed, we will contact you via WhatsApp at the phone number you provided before making the purchase (or by email).

After we hand your package over to the shipping company, we will send you the tracking number.

Guarantees and returns

All packages include coverage in case of loss or damage.

We record every step of the process, from the creation of each piece to its packaging. We expect that it will be delivered in the same presentable condition as when it was packaged.

Under these conditions, the responsibility for any damaged, incomplete, or lost packages lies with the corresponding shipping company.

If we made a mistake in packaging your product, omitted an item, or sent a different product than the one shown in the video or photos before shipping, it is my responsibility as the seller to reimburse the customer.

If anything goes wrong with your package, please contact both the shipping company and the seller within 24-48 hours of the problem.

Once your package has been delivered in good condition, no exchanges, refunds, or returns will be possible. Please ensure that no items are missing or damaged. You will have 24-48 hours after your package has been delivered to request a refund.

The shipping companies we use for packages may include the following:

– FedEx

– UPS

– USPS

– Estafeta

– DHL

The shipping company we’ve chosen will also be communicated to you along with the tracking number.

Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $20, regardless of the number of items you purchase.

Proceeds from the store will be used to fund projects and continue improving the quality of the figures.
