Payment methods available during current sales are: SPEI bank transfer, debit/credit card, OXXO CASH or PayPal.
SECOND PHASE: ORDER PREPARATION.
During this phase, all sales will be closed, and the requested figures will begin to be created, as well as the packaging of pre-made figures.
I will be posting updates on packages and pre-orders on Instagram stories daily so you can see progress on each of your orders.
THIRD PHASE: SHIPPING
Once all packages are ready for shipping, I will begin personally sending them to each post office that has provided the tracking number so you can track your package. DHLX FedEx Estafeta or UPS are typically chosen for these shipments.
Throughout this process, you can contact me by email or WhatsApp with any questions you may have about your orders. I will always try to be attentive to your questions and answer them as quickly as possible.
What are Unique Collectible Figures?
One-of-a-kind collectible figurines are creations that are manufactured only once and intended to be exclusive collectibles. Due to their unique nature, they cannot be mass-produced, ensuring that the person who owns them will be the only one to possess them.
What are Figurines?
These figures are scaled-down versions of collectible figures. Unlike single-collection figures, these figures may have a certain amount of restock. They are limited editions.
What are Baby Keychain figures?
Baby Keychain figures are miniature figurines, produced in limited quantities each. Once the first batch is sold out, demand is assessed to determine if additional batches will be produced (there is no exact batch limit). Each Baby Keychain figure is a miniature work of art, and the first figure of each character is always autographed by the creator on the back of the box.
HOW DO PRE-SALES WORK?
Pre-orders are available for a limited time. When you purchase a pre-order figure, it will be added to the figures yet to be created. Once the pre-order period is over, all figures ordered up to that point will begin to be created and packaged for shipping.
There is no purchase limit or figure limit. Therefore, you can order as many pieces as you like without any purchase limits. Please note that pre-order figures cannot be shipped immediately, as they are not yet in inventory. Pre-order figures take approximately one week to create.
