To which countries are the products shipped?
I’m currently focusing primarily on selling my figures in Mexico and the United States. We’ve ruled out international shipping due to the high costs.
I CAN’T COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. WHAT DO I DO?
The first thing you should do is check that all the information is correct. Accept the reCAPTCHA that appears before making the payment. You can also try refreshing the page. It’s also possible that the product was out of stock before you processed the payment. If neither of these applies, please contact me via WhatsApp and send proof of the error so I can try to resolve the issue.
I MADE MY PURCHASE AND IT HASN’T ARRIVED YET.
When you make a purchase, you are reserving your products to be shipped in the coming weeks. Therefore, orders are not shipped immediately. If you reserved an item that was on pre-order, it may take longer to ship, as pre-orders are products that are not yet ready to ship and must begin production at the time of reservation. You will be notified via the email address you provided, along with the tracking number and shipping carrier information, as soon as your order ships. The estimated delivery time is early January 2026. Please note that if product demand becomes high, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
I’M FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN MÉXICO OR THE US AND I WANT TO PLACE ORDER
Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find affordable shipping prices for other parts of the world. Therefore, only people in Mexico and the US can place orders.
I MADE A CASH PAYMENT BUT MY ORDER WAS CANCELED
When you have a pending payment, you have a 72-hour window before your order is canceled. Sometimes payments can take longer to confirm after being made, and this is why it may take longer than 72 hours. If you made a payment and your order was canceled, please have your payment receipt ready and send it to me via WhatsApp as proof. The problem will be resolved within minutes.
I MADE A PURCHASE WITH MY CARD/PAYPAL AND WAS CHARGED DOUBLE, WHAT DO I DO?In the case of online purchases, it’s common for the bank or credit card company to perform this type of verification to ensure the transaction is secure. This charge is automatically canceled after a while, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to 1 or 2 days. If the charge persists, you can contact me or your bank to resolve this issue.
What happens if a limited edition figure sells out?
Once sold out, it cannot be restocked, regardless of demand. These figures are exclusive to a single customer.
When will there be a new restock of keychains or figurines?
Due to the work currently being done with orders and shipments, there will be no restock of any of these items until further notice.
How can I see the cost of my shipping?
To see your shipping quote, go to the “Checkout” section and fill out the form. The quote will be generated automatically.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Currently, the shipping cost to the US is $20 dollars, and for shipments from Mexico it is 209 pesos ($11 dollars).
I made a purchase and the payment went through, but I didn’t receive any email.
I usually send a personal email to confirm your order, but it might take a while to get back to you due to high demand. So please be patient!
Where can I find my package’s tracking number?
When you make a purchase in the store, you are reserving your figures to be prepared for shipment. The preparation and shipping phases typically take two weeks to complete. Once these two phases are complete, you will receive the package tracking number via the email address you provided.

What happens if a payment is not made after 72 hours?
If you reserved a product but payment was not made, the order will be cancelled and the products will be made available again in the store.
What currency does the store use?
The store’s currency is set to US dollars. You can change the currency to Mexican pesos by clicking on any item and selecting the option in the description.
WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE SAFELY?
All packages are prepared and shipped via reliable and reputable courier services such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Estafeta. They also include protection against loss, so don’t worry, your purchase is insured!
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM FIGURE?
During sales periods, personalized commissions are unavailable due to order processing. Perhaps they will be available again in the future!
